What you have heard is very true. This is why you should be very cautious about whom you hire. A true professional pressure washing company will use the right specialty cleaners and use very low pressure to rinse away the dirt and mildew.

Cleaning agents may be part of the proposed work. Tell us about delicate plants, garden beds, ponds or other sensitive areas near the surfaces you want cleaned so they can be addressed in the work plan.

Before the appointment, discuss the products and protection measures proposed for your property, along with any preparation you need to complete. Share any previous plant sensitivity or damage when discussing the job.

Not at all. We can properly clean your home without anyone being home during the time of cleaning. We do ask that you ensure all windows are closed and gates unlocked prior to our arrival.

Water handling needs to be planned for the property and the work involved. Point out storm drains, ponds and other sensitive areas when requesting your quote.

Discuss the proposed runoff control, collection and disposal arrangements before work begins, including any site-specific requirements. Confirm those arrangements as part of the scope for your job.
